My Client-First Philosophy

As a  real estate professional I have found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means being accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator and responding quickly to your needs. 

The "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business.  In addition I have found the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything more quickly and efficiently. 

To that end I have completed the Graduate REALTOR® Institute Program, earning the nationally recognized real estate designation GRI.  This designation symbolizes exceptional real estate expertise and a commitment to a higher standard of customer service.

I have completed the Certified Negotiation Expert course earning the CNE designation.  This training is designed to provide professional negotiation techniques, approaches, and skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.

I have complete the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification.  The SFR certification provides the tools and confidence to see these complicated transactions through correctly and efficiently.

I have completed the e-Pro® Certification.  REALTORS® with this certification are internet professionals and have completed extensive training using the Web.  This means I am prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit and completely respect and guard your privacy.

I am also a member in good standing with the National Association of  REALTORS® and must subscribe to their strict Code of Ethics, the Kansas Association of REALTORS® and the Wichita Area Association of REALTORS®.

I have also completed courses in property image and home staging to assist you in preparing your house for a fast and top-dollar sale.

On a personal note...

My name is actually Sylvia but I have been called Reenie all my life.  A funny story I can share another time. 

I am a native Kansan originally from northwest Kansas and a resident of Wichita for over 30 years. 

I owned and operated a small business in Andover, KS for 7 years. 

I love dogs and have 2, a Golden Retriever and a miniature Schnauzer. 

I am a potter and when I have time I enjoy creating pottery in my home studio. 

My hobbies include reading, gardening, cooking, pottery, and home decorating. 

Drinking coffee and listening to jazz or classic rock while reading a good book is my idea of relaxation.
